However, the location was convenient, located near the metro station, and close to the famous pedestrian area. The housekeepers were polite and did a good job of cleaning up my room each day. the hotel restaurant offered delicious food and had a bustling atmosphere.
My stay at this hotel was not enjoyable. The staff had a poor understanding of English and struggled to comprehend my requests.

The hotel has a great location, being close to the subway and markets. The rooms are generally clean with good shower facilities and free wifi. Staff are friendly and accommodating to guests, especially when it comes to cleaning. There are also available restaurants serving delicious food.
There is a language barrier that makes it difficult to communicate with some staff.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and attentive housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance to many local attractions. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from and tasted delicious.
Another negative aspect was the smelly carpeting and overall lack of room maintenance that could use some improvement.
